旭ヶ丘という札幌の中でも自然が豊かで閑静な住宅街に位置する。展示場所はかってオーナー一家が暮らしていた一軒家を改装した「ギャラリー門馬」と回廊のように細長く白い現代建築の空間「ギャラリー門馬ANNEX」の二つがある。どちらも個性的な空間だが、毎回その個性を生かしながら国内外のアーティストを紹介する展示が開催されている。
　
In Sapporo,Asahigaoka is a quiet neighborhood with much green nature remaining. One venue is an exhibition space remodeled from what was once the home of the family of the owner,the “Gallery Monma”, and with a long enclosed corridor-like modern facility, “ANNEX”. Both venues offer their own one of a kind atmosphere and uniqueness to introduce Sapporo to artists from throughout Japan.
